About the Role
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our machine learning projects. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building efficient, data-driven artificial intelligence systems that enhance our product capabilities and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software development, with expertise in conversational AI and chatbot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, with a focus on natural language processing and conversational AI
- Build and optimize chatbot systems and conversational agents to improve user experience and engagement
- Improve the performance of existing machine learning models through continuous refinement and innovation
- Implement and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to support our growing AI capabilities
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP technologies
- Conduct model training, validation, and performance evaluation to ensure models meet required accuracy and reliability standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to machine learning models, algorithms, and processes
- Develop and manage A/B testing frameworks for evaluating model performance in production environments
Qualifications
- Experience in AI and machine learning development
- Proven 2–3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successful projects and impactful results
- Good programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Proven experience with NLP libraries and tools (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers)
- Experience developing and deploying chatbots or conversational AI systems
- Hands-on experience with language models like GPT, BERT, or similar transformer-based architectures
- Familiarity with SQL databases and API integration
- Experience with Azure platforms and deploying models in production environments
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical methods
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI applications
- Experience with MLOps tools and best practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
- Experience with dialog management systems and conversation flow design
- Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming technologies
- Experience with reinforcement learning for conversational agents
- Experience with chatbot analytics and performance optimization
